Email support@getquipsy.com for account help, bug reports, privacy questions, or feedback. Please include the device you use and a description of what happened, but do not send your password or private sign-in links.
Signing in
Enter your email in Quipsy and open the sign-in link on the same device. Check spam or junk folders if the message does not arrive. You can request a new link from the app; only the newest unexpired link should be used.
Widgets
Open Quipsy and sign in before adding the widget. After your quotes sync, touch and hold the Home Screen, add a widget, and choose Quipsy. Reopen the app if the widget has not refreshed recently.
Delete your account
In the Quipsy app, open the menu, choose Account, then choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated family content. If you cannot access the app, email support@getquipsy.com from the address registered to your account.
