Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Quipsy website, mobile app, widgets, and related services. By using Quipsy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Quipsy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account. Quipsy is intended for adults saving family memories. If you add information about another person, including a child, you represent that you are authorized to provide and manage that information.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links, password, devices, and sharing links secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@getquipsy.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Quipsy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for your content and for obtaining any necessary permissions to upload and share it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Quipsy to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Upload harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Access another account or private feed without permission.
• Interfere with the service, probe its security, distribute malware, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk. You may stop using Quipsy at any time and may delete your account from Account settings.

Disclaimers and liability

Quipsy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Quipsy and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@getquipsy.com.
